Tooley's Boat Yard is also situated here in the heart of the town, on the South Oxford Canal. The boat yard was established in 1778 and is one of the oldest working dry docks on the Inland Waterways. Narrow boats can be hired from Napton or Bicester. Nearby is The village of Cropredy which has a Canal Boat Marina offering storage and night stop-overs. Cropredy also hosts Fairport Convention.
